Bringing the body, mind and soul back to balance is essential to be able to prevent illnesses and mental disorders.

I have created this signature massage combing all the techniques that proved essentials in easing my own anxiety which has been part of my life since I can remember.

In this signature massage I combine a light to medium touch massage and Reiki to recover a sense of lightness and joy.

I suffer with Lymphoedema and found Anew Therapies online. I had a wonderful lymphatic massage with Serena which was so relaxing. My legs definitely felt better for the massage and I will definitely be going back for regular further treatment. Serena is lovely and made me feel totally at ease. Another reviewer said she has healing hands and I definitely think so too!

The healing and well being energies she emanates at her Deep Oscillation Therapy treatment is second to none.
Serena has given me more than hope that my body can heal itself given a gentle stimulation to move my stagnant lymph’s, since seeing Serena my healing journey is heading in the right direction, finally.

I feel so blessed to have found Serena on my lipodema and wellness journey. Her clean and cosy studio is in a stunning and quiet location and her honest and pure spirit immediately puts you at ease the second you get there. Even from our first emails I could feel her warmth and understanding. Having people look at and touch my body is not something I find easy, however, after just a few sessions, the anxiety melted away and I now look forward to every visit and the after glow I experience after every massage. You are given time, empathy and a wealth of professionalism and expertise every time you visit, where you and your well being are truly at the heart of what she does. Serena has truly healing hands. I honestly can’t recommend Serena enough. She supported me after my abdominoplasty and lipo, and then again following my revision lipo, and she was amazing throughout.

From the very first email, she was so reassuring and kind, which made such a difference when I was feeling anxious pre-surgery. When I met her in person, she was exactly the same, genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people you could meet, and she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease.

She's really professional and takes the time to explain everything, and answers all your questions. She doesn’t just go through the motions, you feel like your care and recovery are her priority.

What I loved most is how honest and ethical she is. Rather than pushing you to book a block of sessions, she only recommends what you actually need, which I found so refreshing and reassuring.

Her treatment room is also beautiful, it feels cozy, warm, and calming, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing, especially when you’re recovering from surgery.

I’m so grateful for the care and support she gave me during recovery, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing MLD or post-surgery support.
