Bringing the body, mind and soul back to balance is essential to be able to prevent illnesses and mental disorders.

I have created this signature massage combing all the techniques that proved essentials in easing my own anxiety which has been part of my life since I can remember.

In this signature massage I combine a light to medium touch massage and Reiki to recover a sense of lightness and joy.

We can all feel overwhelmed or disconnected, sometimes there is a real sense of isolation, both emotionally and spiritually. This healing technique can bring feelings of peace, grounding and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life.

Serena is amazing - I came to her with many questions about Lymphedema before I travel to some very hot climates and she has provided me with so much knowledge and put my mind at ease. I had a wonderful lymphatic drainage treatment by Serena. I was going through a very stressful time at work and Serena managed to soothe these emotional stresses, as well as my menstrual cramps and headache, so that I unexpectedly fell fast asleep during the treatment. I wasn’t sure what to expect from from the session as it was my first time trying it, but I felt very relaxed, cared for and nourished, both in the moment and lasting for some time afterwards. Thank you Serena for this calming session when I needed it the most!

Serena is kind, dedicated and professional. Her massages are excellent and her studio is private, peaceful and serene. An hour of her massage definitely renews you. Serena’s massages have got me through the last year, following a traumatic bereavement. They have allowed me an hour of pure relaxation each time. I would give her ten stars if this were possible.

Serena is absolutely amazing at giving massages. She takes time to talk to you at the start of the treatment, and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed too. She’s highly professional and also very experienced, and I can honestly say I have had the best massages that I have ever had with Serena. I always come away feeling so incredibly relaxed and de stressed, and I look glowing too!I also always sleep so well after a massage with Serena too. I really could not recommend her highly enough!
